Why We Do What We Do
We believe good work is fundamental to healthy people and healthy organisations.
Work is an important determinant of health, influencing our physical, psychological and social wellbeing. That’s why we take a biopsychosocial and human-centred approach, looking beyond individual tasks or hazards to understand the person, the work and the wider system in which work happens.
By working with the people who know the work best, we create practical solutions that support health, safety, participation and performance.
When work is designed well, it can do more than prevent harm—it can positively contribute to wellbeing.
Building safer, healthier, and more sustainable work
Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, supported by evidence-based science.
Industry Partners and Networks
We work collaboratively with physiotherapy practices, WHS consultants and other industry professionals, providing subcontract and project support through subject-matter expertise, project management, labour support, professional development, mentoring and additional delivery capacity.
We also draw on a trusted network of associate professionals when a project calls for broader or complementary expertise. This allows us to build the right team for the work, including partnering on tenders and larger or multidisciplinary projects, while maintaining a coordinated and consistent approach to delivery.
